Orders & Shipping
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Order modifications, including address and contact details, can only be made within a short window after purchase. If changes are needed, contact our support team immediately.
Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
We accept replacements only for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, email us at care@seranatural.com with your order details and product images & videos within 48 hours of delivery.
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding to international markets soon!

Yes! Our products are made with carefully selected natural ingredients and are:

- Dermatologically tested, FDA Approved, Non-comedogenic and safe for all skin types
Yes, our formulations are designed to be gentle. However, we recommend conducting a patch test before use.

Payments & Refunds
We accept UPI, Netbanking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
If your payment was processed but you did not receive a confirmation, please email us with your payment details, and we will assist you promptly.
Refunds for eligible cases will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
