To initiate a return or refund request, please reach out to us via email at care@seranatural.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please include relevant images or details for the issue you're facing so we can process your request swiftly.

Returns or claims will not be accepted after 48 hours from the delivery date. Once your request is received, our team will review the case within 48 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup with our courier partner at no extra cost to you.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the issue is confirmed, we will process your replacement within 24 hours or issue a refund in rare cases, depending on the nature of the issue. The refund timeline may vary based on the payment method, ranging from 7 to 15 working days.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling.
