Orders, Pricing & Payments

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order. However, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Dispatch confirmation will serve as final acceptance.  

2. Pricing & Taxes – All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any applicable government levies unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.  

3. Payment Methods – We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and mobile wallets. Payments must be successfully processed before order dispatch.  

4. Order Cancellation – Sera Natural/Rich & Fresh Consumer Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.  

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timelines of 3 days for metro cities and within 3-7 days for non-metro cities and other locations. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as logistics delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

In case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.  

Returns & Refunds 

Our return and refund policy is outlined separately on the website. Please refer to it before placing an order. Certain products, due to hygiene and safety reasons, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
