Delivery Coverage and Processing
Delivery Coverage:
Sera Natural delivers products across India to all serviceable pincodes. Deliverability is checked at the time of order placement.
Shipping Timeframe & Dispatch Process:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). All orders undergo a thorough quality check, are securely packed, and are handed over to our trusted third-party logistics partners for dispatch. Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS.
After dispatch, delivery by our logistics partners usually takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on the location. Customers in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata can expect faster delivery within 2-5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, accessibility, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities or other force majeure events.

Delivery Issues:
If you have not received your order within 10 business days from dispatch, please contact us at care@seranatural.com with your Order ID and tracking details.
Undeliverable Pincodes:
If a pincode becomes unserviceable after order placement, the order will be cancelled and, in case of prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method as per our refund timelines.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
Shipping Charges:
Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹499.
A shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee:
An additional ₹99 COD fee is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders. COD is available only on select pincodes and may require order confirmation prior to dispatch.
Order and Address Handling
Address Accuracy:
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address with the correct pincode and contact number. Orders cannot be modified once placed and each order can be shipped to only one delivery address.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
Delivery Attempts:
Courier partners generally make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned.
Multiple Products:
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, which may result in different delivery timelines.
International Shipping
Currently, Sera Natural does not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
